KPMI`s Intake Only Kits have been designed as a stainless steel valve conversion system to replace factory titanium intake valves and components. KPMI’s engineers use our proprietary design and simulation softwares to create these systems. Our design, simulation, and manufacturing processes insure compatibility of the valve spring’s force and natural frequency with the cam profile, the mass of the system, and the engine RPM. Literally thousands of riders have converted to these kits to extend the life of their intake valves.

  • Extends the life of the valvetrain and intake components by as much as 4x over the OEM titanium parts
  • Includes forged one-piece stainless steel intake valves, wound chrome-silicon heat-treated wire valve springs, ultra-light titanium retainers and hardened steel bases
  • Components are created using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) software, as well as proprietary camshaft analysis and spring design software
