These Rick's Motorsport charging kits include a custom-designed, high-output stator and a heavy-duty modified regulator. Both units included in these kits are direct plug-in, bolt-on pieces and come with a one-year warranty. Rick's Motorsport charging kits are top-notch, high-quality replacement charging system kits for your powersports application.
Features
This kit is a Rick's Motorsport Electrics original design; it includes both a stator and a rectifier-regulator. The kit will put out approximately 150 watts and power a 55 watt headlight if the customers rotor has not been compromised. *Lithium Ion battery users: please see our part# 14-99-101 designed specifically for use with lith-ion batteries.
- Features Rick’s original redesign: a single phase, full-wave system
- Include a modern solid-state rectifier/ regulator and a stator
- Puts out 25% more power than the stock system and will support a 55W headlight
- Also supply’s constant power to the bikes battery
- Unlike the stock set-up, the bike will charge with or without the headlights being on because of the higher voltage produced by the new system
