Built to withstand extreme friction, severe compressive force, and excessive heat created from high- acceleration, frequent back-shifting, and heavy loads.

- Built with Gates® patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound for maximum transverse stiffness and heat resistance
- 75% better dynamic axial stiffness and 50% lower speed losses from temperatures up to 338°F (EU: 170°C)
- High-tensile aramid cord layer with specially-formulated adhesion gum maximizes acceleration, shock load resistance, and service life
- Fabric cog jacket on rounded bottom cogs enables smooth shifting and higher abrasion resistance
- Made without chlorinated compounds for reduced environmental impact
