Barnett’s new "segmented" friction material design increases oil flow through the clutch and provides a smoother, more consistent performance and extended clutch life. Kits feature race proven Carbon or Kevlar "segmented" friction plates and tempered steel drive plates with an increase clutch surface area by 11%-28%, depending on kit/application. V-Rod kits also include heavy-duty clutch springs. Clutch kits are measured for proper stack height prior to packaging to ensure optimal performance.
Description
The complete clutch kit features Barnett's exclusive carbon fiber-segmented friction plates, which provide better oil flow for cooler clutch temps and smoother, more consistent performance. Completing the kit is a set of tempered-steel plates and a set of heat-treated, heavy-duty coil springs.
