Choose used Triumph OEM parts when the repair needs a factory engine, frame, body, electrical, or suspension component from a torn-down motorcycle. Go to the new-parts path for brakes, tires, batteries, windshields, and other replacement or Triumph aftermarket parts. Follow the repair department below to find the right route for your bike.

Used Triumph parts

Factory parts taken off Triumph bikes in our own teardown shop, sorted by the job they do. Open a drawer for its pages, a tip and the shelf.

Engine and transmission

Used OEM Triumph engine and transmission parts

For engine or gearbox work, choose factory timing parts, engines and parts, transmission parts, balancers and gears, engine cases, and engine motor mounts pulled from a torn-down Triumph. Triumph timing parts and balancers and gears are available here only through the used OEM teardown path.

For any used OEM part, check fitment for your exact year, make and model before you order, compare the factory part number or casting with the removed piece, and read that part's note.

Body, plastics and frame

Used OEM Triumph body and frame parts

Choose used OEM Triumph Fairings, Body Parts, Frame & Components, or Frames & Chassis when replacing a factory piece from a torn-down motorcycle. Fairings, frames, and kickstands stay teardown-only.

Match the mounting tabs, bracket locations, paint, and finish against the part coming off the bike.

Starting and electrical

Used OEM Triumph starting and electrical parts

When a starting or charging repair needs a factory take-off, use Triumph Starters, Electrical Components, Electrical Wiring, Regulators & Rectifiers, or Stators & Pickup Coils from a torn-down machine. Compare that route with the separate new electrical path if an original factory component is not required.

Confirm the factory part number, connector shapes, pin layout, wire routing, and mounting points against the old component.

Suspension and steering

Used OEM Triumph suspension and steering parts

Use factory parts from a torn-down Triumph for Swingarms, Suspension & Steering, Steering Components, Shocks & Struts, Forks Tubes & Seals, and Steering Stems & Columns. Triumph swingarms stay on the teardown path.

Verify the pivot, axle, shock, linkage, and steering mounting points against the parts already on the motorcycle.

Hard to find new

Factory Triumph parts we carry used rather than new: a part from a bike we took apart is the way to get one.

New Triumph brakes and cables

For brake service, choose new Triumph Brake Rotors & Bolts and other brake parts, and buy brake pads new rather than used. Brake mounting brackets and stays remain used OEM teardown parts.

Measure the brake rotor diameter and thickness, match the bolt pattern, and check the product page for the correct application.

New Triumph tires and wheels

Choose new Triumph Front Tires, Tires & Tubes, Rear Tires, or Tire Sets for front, rear, or matched tire work. Buy tires new, not from a teardown.

Read the current tire's sidewall, then match size, construction, load rating, speed rating, and front or rear position to the motorcycle's requirements.
