Description

Wiseco valves are made in Europe to high quality standards. By using a forged one-piece steel alloy with several integrated material micro structures, specific and different material properties are created in areas where needed. The high tech alloy has also very good material properties at high temperatures. The special coating creates considerably lower friction between the valve and other parts like valve guides. Therefore the Wiseco valves exceed OE specifications in dimensions and reliability.

  • The shafts supplied are made from 52100 bearing steel and precision ground
  • Needle bearings are made from 52100 bearing steel, ARC61-65 heat treated and have a ST13 steel shell
  • Bushings are case hardened and plated to prevent wear and corrosion
  • All linkage kits include the lower shock bearing kits
