Moose valves are made with high-quality standards. By using a forged one-piece steel alloy with several integrated material micro structures, specific and different material properties are created in areas where needed. The high tech alloy has also very good material properties at high temperatures. The special coating creates considerably lower friction between the valve and other parts like valve guides. Therefore the Moosevalves exceed OE specifications in dimensions and reliability.

  • Kits include forged one-piece stainless steel intake valves, wound chrome-silicon heat-treated wire valve springs, ultra-light titanium retainers and hardened steel bases
  • Components are created using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) software, as well as proprietary camshaft analysis and spring design software to ensure consistent performance and accurate designs
